Ruto’s handwritten Message To Raila in State House
President William Ruto seems to be the most hurt with the demise of former prime minister, Raila Odinga. In many of the photos and videos circulating online, the president is grieving.
The right Honourable Raila Odinga and President William Ruto signed an MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) that helped bring Kenyans together.
Raila Odinga’s legacy remains to be seen. His selfless nature and the need to put Kenya first has been brought up by many leaders who eulogised the great leader.
During the Nyayo farewell Mass, his children, Eulogised the former prime minister as a loving father not just to them but everyone he came across.
A handwritten note seen by Yeiyo Media has shown just how much president William Ruto adored the former statesman.
President written in a moving note while condoling with other Kenyans wrote;
You helped me when I needed someone to stand by me, just as I once stood by you. Baba, you may have departed, but we will work hard to honour what you stood for

On Friday, Kenyans gathered at Nyayo Stadium to give Baba a proper send-off before his remains were transported to Bondo for a proper burial. President William Ruto lead Baba’s Farewell service.
