Governor Nassir Honors Deputy Thoya on Birthday, Praises Partnership

MOMBASA — Mombasa Governor Abdulswamad Nassir has paid tribute to his deputy, Francis Thoya, marking the latter’s birthday with warm recognition of their collaborative leadership.

In a public message shared on Sunday, Nassir highlighted the working relationship that has defined their tenure at the helm of coastal Kenya’s largest urban center.
