Bader and Mvurya Join Forces to Support Grassroots Football in Kinondo Ward

KINONDO, KWALE COUNTY – Msambweni Member of Parliament Hon. Feisal Abdallah Bader joined Sports Cabinet Secretary Hon. Salim Mvurya at a fundraising event for Real Junior FC in Kinondo Ward on Monday afternoon.

Real Junior FC, the reigning champions of the 2nd Edition of the Feisal Super Cup, are currently making a strong push in the County League with aspirations of securing promotion to the Regional League when the next season begins.
Commitment to Grassroots Football
Speaking at the event, Hon. Bader reaffirmed his dedication to supporting local football talent and community teams in the constituency.

“I want to reiterate my personal commitment to continuously support our local teams and talented players,” the MP stated, emphasizing the importance of nurturing grassroots sports development in the region.
The fundraiser aims to bolster the team’s resources as they pursue their ambitions for advancement to higher-level competition.
Super Cup Finals Wednesday
Hon. Bader also extended an invitation to area residents to attend the 3rd Edition Finals of the Feisal Super Cup, scheduled for Wednesday, December 31, at Chiungoni Ground.
“I extend a warm invitation to all residents to come out in full force for the Feisal Super Cup 3rd Edition Finals,” he said, calling for strong community support for the tournament that has become a fixture in the local sports calendar.

The event is expected to showcase emerging football talent from across the constituency as teams compete for the prestigious trophy.
The presence of both the local MP and the Sports Cabinet Secretary at Monday’s fundraiser underscores the growing recognition of grassroots sports initiatives in the coastal region.
The Feisal Super Cup 3rd Edition Finals will take place on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Chiungoni Ground, Kinondo Ward.
