Entry qualifications differ across programs, with certain courses accepting applicants who achieved a mean grade of C plain, while others accommodate candidates with D plus or D plain grades, contingent upon specific subject performance.
Nearly all programs mandate a minimum grade of C minus in either English or Kiswahili and Mathematics, with Mortuary Science being the sole exception to this language and numeracy requirement.

Interested candidates must submit applications exclusively through the digital platform operated by the placement service, accessible via the student portal at students.kuccps.ac.ke.
Prospective applicants have a two-week window to complete their submissions, with the application period scheduled to conclude on January 27, 2026. The placement service has urged qualified candidates to expedite their applications to avoid missing the deadline.
The announcement provides clarity for thousands of secondary school graduates seeking pathways into healthcare professions, offering multiple entry points based on academic achievement levels.
