County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Lands Mohamed Hussein Amadoh hosted a delegation from NHC for discussions centered on collaborative opportunities in the housing sector.
During the meeting, both parties exchanged ideas on NHC’s ongoing housing projects and examined their product offerings. The discussions also focused on identifying joint initiatives that could enhance housing delivery systems in Mombasa County.

“We value such engagements and remain committed to working with partners to strengthen housing delivery and support sustainable urban development in Mombasa,” said CECM Amadoh.
The engagement forms part of the county government’s broader strategy to partner with private sector organizations and industry stakeholders in addressing the housing deficit and promoting sustainable urban development.
The partnership discussions come at a time when demand for decent and affordable housing continues to grow in Mombasa, one of Kenya’s major urban centers.
Further details on specific collaborative initiatives are expected to be announced following comprehensive feasibility assessments by both parties.
